Duplo DC-10/60 Vertical Suction Collator
All towers in the system can can collate to the left or the right, for increased flexibility,
in systems of two towers or more, the towers can be split to run in both directions at once where the
application demands.
The systems have purge trays to the left and right, where any incorrect sets are diverted, maintaining productivity
in case the sophisticated detectors find a fault. The incorrect set is purged without stopping the machine
and without interupting production. Waste is reduced as the sets can be corrected and hand fed through
the hand-marrying unit or reloaded into the collator tower.
