Modular

Up to six towers (sixty stations) can be connected in a single line. All towers are bi-directional for increased productivity. The DC-10/60 can also be connected to a range of Duplo bookletmakers, 2 kinfe trimmers, stackers and joggers.

Productivity

Little or no adjustment is needed to collate paper stocks and weights from 50-300gsm and paper sizes from 120x170mm to 350x500mm.
High productivity and non-stop production is achieved with the built-in programmable features.
Speeds of up to 10,000 sets per hour can be achieved when collating into the DC12JR.

Superior Paper Handling

The DC-10/60 uses a unique and near silent air/vacuum separation system. Each station can be
individually controlled to ensure the correct amount of lift and separation for individual paper stocks/weights.
The system requires little or no maintenance.

Compatibility

The DC-10/60 tower can be connected to the current range of automatic bookletmakers/trimmers (DBM-120/T,
DBM-500/T/2KT). It is also backward compatible with the DBM-200, DBM-250, DBM-400 and DBM-300.
For increased flexibility and productivity a wide range of attachments is also available.
