With its centre register control and ability to adjust all stitch/fold/trim positions within 0.01mm. Fold roller pressures and trimmer belts are automatically adjusted for each job

Litho and Digital Bookletmaking

In 'Duetto' mode the Duplo System 5000 can make booklets from both pre-collated and uncollated sets. This means it is a bookletmaking system for both digital and litho print systems.

 | | When connected to the DC-10/60 the DBM-500/500T can produce 5,000 A5 booklets per hour and 4,000 per hour with the 2 knife trimmer. The latest Hohner heads with "out of wire" sensors are fitted as standard. Loop heads are also available. A built-in corner stitch tray can accept corner/side stitched sets.
