Duplo System 2000 Bookletmaker
The System 2000 provides an entry level, modular and flexible system to the lower volume end user and consists
of the floor-standing suction collator tower on-line to the Duplo DBM-120 bookletmaker.
Each bin has an individual capacity of 60mm, reducing the requirement for reloading during the run and each
bin is also fitted with its own air blast and vacuum system to ensure consistent paper feeding. This speeds
up the production process and reduces downtime, resulting in greater efficiency and profitability. The System
2000 tower can be fed to the right directly into a stacker or to the left into a DBM-120 bookletmaker.
The DBM-120 is capable of producing booklets at a rate of 2,400 per hour. Saddle stapling, side stapling,
corner stapling and fold only are all standard user settings.
