All sheet cutting/slitting functions are automatically aligned to the image removing any problems associated with image drift. Creasing Toner cracking of the finished book is minimised by pre-creasing along the fold line. This results in a more visually impressive finish with printing all around the cover and a flatter folded book. Top & Tail Trim Finished sized and oversized sheets can be fed simultaneously without difficulty. It also means sheets which are too large to be finished on the trimmer can be pre-trimmed. Heavy Duty Side Slitters Oversized sheets (such as booklet covers) are slit as they pass through the system without impacting on the overall processing speed. It therefore eliminates the need for three knife trimming after the booklet is ejected from the machine saving considerable time.
